Michael started his lifelong career in construction at the early age of 16 in his family’s mechanical contracting business. Within a few years, he became a managing partner and eventually ran his family’s multi-million-dollar company when his father retired. His curiosity eventually led him into construction, where he found his true passion, designing and building custom homes.
During the last 30 years as a general contractor, Michael has constructed nearly $4 billion in commercial retail projects, residential communities and custom-built homes throughout Michigan and Florida. His success stems from his ability to take the experience gained from a lifelong career in various facets of construction and combine that with professional one-on-one consultative services needed to meet the demands of high-profile and affluent clientele. Michael knows how to personally listen to his client's dreams and transform them into reality at a competitive price and with exceptional efficiency.
Chadwick Newberry
CEO
Chadwick Newberry is the CEO of Newberry and is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience, overseeing all aspects of the client journey from start to finish.
With his expertise in marketing and sales, he drives Newberry's real estate development projects forward, collaborating with investors to develop new projects in the Greater Orlando and Daytona Beach areas. An undergraduate of UCF, Chadwick also holds an MBA from Pepperdine University with over 15 years of industry experience - as a sales executive in the corporate sector and as a real estate broker at Newberry. Aside from work, Chadwick indulges his creative spirit through painting and pottery. He also generously contributes his time and skills as a Life Coach, helping others grow and achieve their goals.
Pat Temple
Real Estate Broker/Owner
Pat has more than twenty-two years of experience listing and selling real estate, including residential, multi-family, vacant land and commercial properties. She began as an office manager for Century 21, overseeing the property management of more than 30 properties* and supported 25 full-time agents from 1991 to 1995. At that point, she received her real estate license and became a full-time sales associate.
Pat received her real estate broker’s license in 2003 and purchased the business and property of Century 21 Crouch Realty Corporation with two partners. Her partner role included managing 20 sales associates. In 2006, she sold her share of the business and property to focus on directly managing properties as an agent for owners. Pat graduated from Southern Vermont College with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
