Chip Monahan

Born and raised in Florida. Married 27 years and have two children. Family moved to the Daytona Beach area 20 years ago looking for a change from the big city to something more. We found that here, big city convenience with small hometown feel. Experience with supporting motorsports teams and my family’s love of fishing and boating, Daytona Beach offers plenty of opportunity for us. In our backyard there is an abundance of freshwater fishing in the St Johns river and saltwater fishing on the coast. Overtime living in Daytona Beach, I have seen the transformation of an expanding Residential and Commercial market. As a local real estate agent, I have a patient and detailed approach, bringing peace of mind which ensures success from initial contact, to closing. Community Involvement includes, Knights of Columbus community service member, and a volunteer for Volusia County Schools. Member of the SCCA (Sports Car Club of America) where I officiate for races such as the IMSA Rolex 24 Race and various Club and Pro SCCA Races at Daytona International Speedway.
